Do I need a developer?

No. You build pages from ready-made sections and edit your theme in the admin. For bespoke work, there's an app API and signed webhooks.

Can I start with a website and add a store later?

Yes. Sites and Commerce run on the same platform and admin, so you switch plans without migrating anything.

Is the AI safe to use in my business?

The admin assistant applies only what you approve, and you can undo it. The shopping assistant says it's AI, hands over to your team and stays within a monthly cap. Text is processed in the EU data zone.

I'm an agency. Can I manage every client in one place?

Yes. One sign-in opens every site and store you work on, with a separate role per person on each and a log of every change.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every plan connects to your own domain; the plan comparison shows how many each plan includes. Your store's emails can go out from your domain too.

What support do I get?
